“I fell in love with what East Tennessee was and what it represented, freedom, beautiful landscapes, and great people. My husband grew up in Athens and we put down our roots in Niota on a small mini farm. My horse, Ryder, and German Shepard, Grey, have never been happier to have so much space. My real estate journey started out super early on in my professional career. I got my feet wet in real estate sales in Florida and later moved to coastal North Carolina. In North Carolina, I managed a portfolio of 263 single family homes owned by individual investors. After moving to Tennessee, I worked for one of the top vacation rental managers in Sevier County for three years. I started out as an entry-level account manager and worked my way up to the head of client experience. I’ve learned what it takes to run the meticulous operations of both investment routes.
