STARR Property Management was born out of a lifelong passion for real estate investing and a pursuit of excellence. We're based right here in Sweetwater, Tennessee, not in some office three states away. We're your neighbors.

"I fell in love with what East Tennessee was and what it represented: freedom, beautiful landscapes, and great people. My husband grew up in Athens and we put down our roots on a small mini farm here in McMinn County. My horse, Ryder, and German Shepherd, Grey, have never been happier to have so much space.
My real estate journey started early in my career. I got my feet wet in real estate sales in Florida, then later moved to coastal North Carolina, where I managed a portfolio of 263 single-family homes owned by individual investors. After moving to Tennessee, I worked for one of the top vacation rental managers in Sevier County for three years, starting as an entry-level account manager and working my way up to head of client experience. I've learned what it takes to run the meticulous operations of both investment routes.
I took the leap of faith and started STARR Property Management right here in East Tennessee, to bring my pursuit of excellence in property management home."
